1. All payments are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations are accepted if made 24 hours in advance. You can reschedule your appointment, and your payment will be applied to the new booking date.

3. Please note that being more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your session. If you anticipate any delays, kindly contact me as soon as possible to discuss and find a suitable solution.

4. Missed appointments will not be rescheduled. You must visit the booking page to make a new session appointment.

5. By booking an appointment, you agree to receive communication via text and email regarding your session.
