This unique outdoor event blends the therapeutic tones of crystal quartz sound bowls with the serene ambiance of a summer evening at dusk. Our yard will transform into a haven of sound healing under dusk's soft, fading light. Open your heart and mind to the power of calling your breath home, releasing stagnant energies, and acknowledging the feeling of being refreshed, renewed, and deeply grounded.

++++ What to bring:

• Please bring something comfortable to lie on the grass, such as a blanket, a small pillow, and any additional comforts to enhance your invitation to relaxation.

• Bring anything you'd like to enjoy for the fire and social after the experience.

• Bring a notebook if you’d like to journal after the sound bath.
